First, we explore the ideas and opportunities that may exist for you in business. Don’t worry! Even if you don’t have an idea or clue, we’ll help identify the possibilities. We’ll talk through the options, and you’ll take away some homework to dig in further.
Simultaneously, we’re looking at entrepreneurial opportunities; we’ll have a similar discovery into alternative or parallel employment opportunities. Looking at the options in accord with each other helps provide a better look at all the future paths so that we can make the most informed decision going forwards.

How It Works
This multi-session process has some hurdles you will have to jump on the journey; therefore, we’ll work to get you to and through the decision-making process to decide which direction to take at each step.
We’ll start by taking stock of where you’re at. Typically, the interest in entrepreneurship is driven by a lack of satisfaction at work, so it’s likely a job search is on the horizon if you don’t start a business.
We meet with clients once a month for one hour. Through many years of experience and testing of different time frames, we’ve found that this frequency yields the greatest returns in terms of change. Meeting once a month offers time for reflection and application of learning between sessions.
We work with all level professionals and executives whose careers span many industries and functional areas. Our superpower is the ability to work with you to pull out your best-selling points, help you craft your message, and provide honest, practical feedback so you can bring your A Game to the next chapter of your life.
We work 100% virtually by phone and Google or Zoom video. We’ll have our initial strategy session by phone, Google or Zoom, which is extremely effective for me to observe and pick up the nuances of your responses and body language.
We don’t write résumés, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, or other materials from scratch. We do have a vast hands-on background and stay up to date on current practices, so I am happy to review, analysis, and coach you through the process of taking your career marketing tools to the next level.
